Our new Border Collie puppy, Zoey, meeting our free range Silver Fox Rabbit, Bun-Bun...I think I need to keep an eye on these two!
New addition to our farm kitchen!

Electricity or gas service goes out? No problem!
Thank you for taking the time to read our little blog.
We have recently moved into a new farmette on 22 acres, just North of Gettysburg and couldn't be happier with the property and the potential the future holds.
Based on our research, the brick house was constructed in 1855, just a few years before the Civil War started. A number of years later a track of the Gettysburg railroad was laid along what is now the North edge of our property line. Another 80 years went by before the home was updated with plumbing. So much history, we can only imagine the challenges and changes that this area went through in such a short time!
The most recent owners were active organic farmers with nearly 50 raised vegetable beds and we can't wait to get them filled up in the Spring!
We are looking forward to bringing over all our animals soon- chicken, geese, rabbits, pigs and cows
Please check back for updates
